It is the combination of the hand-made with interactions between clay, colour, glaze and fire that makes each piece of my work unique.

 

I love working with clay and experimenting with new forms and techniques. The outcome can be unpredictable, but all methods eventually lead to a work that satisfies my eye. Afterwards I explore variations that will make any similar piece into a distinctive entity.

 

I produce many different forms, vessels, bowls and sculptures, often using the natural environment as a source of inspiration.
